DESCRIPTION

Economic and Engineering Services, Inc. (EES) is a multidisciplinary consulting and engineering firm serving clients in the public utility, energy, and regulatory fields. Since its formation in 1978, EES has assisted clients in meeting the challenges of changing competitive and regulatory environments. EES has experience in arenas where the results of a particular analysis can have far-reaching effects on an entity's financial and organizational viability, as well as on local communities.

SERVICE AND ACTIVITIES

EES offers the following specialized services to diverse clients; strategic planning, integrated resource planning, regulatory analysis, comprehensive planning, design and construction engineering, rate and cost-of-service studies, expert witness testimony, water quality studies, remediation plans, and general management and policy consulting services.
