CWE's Civil and Environmental groups concentrate in various areas of water management. Our Civil Engineering group concentrates on collection, distribution and treatment of water and waste water. Our Environmental group concentrates on soil and groundwater contamination investigations, site assessments, site remediations plus hazardous waste spill responses and cleanups.
