DESCRIPTION

The Center for Environmental Studies is a research unit of BSU. It has well equipped labs devoted to extramural research. Undergraduate and graduate students participate in research activities with faculty.

SERVICE AND ACTIVITIES

The CES obtains research grants and contracts from state and federal government agencies and private sector organizations. Research results are published in reports, symposia proceedings and journals.

AREA OF CONCENTRATION

Development of products and methods for water treatment, remediation, including bioremediation, sorbents, stormwater treatment.
